✨Ankle mobility, strength and stability is more important than you think. It's required for us to walk and run efficiently, squat and aids with balance.

😊As we age we can lose mobility in our ankle joints, so it's important to look at this and Pilates is a great way to improve and maintain ankle mobility, strength and stability.

✨Meet the Wunda Chair. This small piece of Pilates equipment is so versatile and with it being smaller than the Reformer, precision is required to perform movements correctly to get the most out of every one.

😊Sped up x 4 and if you're wondering why my head keeps shaking, it's because my neck placement wasn't the best in this movement and I had to keep self correcting it.
