Shinkyokushin Karate Northern Beaches is a member of the World Karate Organisation Shinkyokushin Kai.

At our Manly and Berowra dojos, we conduct training in a friendly and supportive atmosphere and offer classes for adults and older children (10 and up) Manly Dojo Location:

Manly Dojo Class Times:
Mondays
6:30pm – 7:30pm – General Karate Class & Beginners
7:30pm – 8:30pm – Senior Class – Kata Focus

Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm – General Karate
