Awesome effort by the G&DGP Kyokushin students in today's junior kyu level grading at the Arena Dojo.
Consistent training and a "never give up" attitude really paid off for you all today.
Thank you to the instructors for preparing these students to be their best.
Looking forward to seeing these juniors continue their Kyokushin journey.

What a great day Sunday at the Shinkyokushin Victorian tournament at Werribee with 3 of our juniors competing in kata, non-contact and padded contact.
Zephyr and Shailja were so good in their first ever tournament and junior student the veteran ticked off her 4th.
All three have been putting in alot of effort training 2 nights a week all year plus doing work at home and it showed in how well they performed. Fantastic work!
Looking forward to the next one.

Chuck Norris didn't just do martial arts. He competed in Muay Thai when almost no westerner was willing to step into that world. That part always gets left out of the jokes.

Fantastic effort by everyone involved in the "Come & Try" kumite tournament experience at Hamlyn Heights Dojo last night. Great learning experience for the younger karate-ka. Thank you to all the instructors/senior students for assisting. Also a big thank you to the visiting Dojo groups who added much value to the event.
