Not only is karate an excellent aerobic exercise that will keep you fit and healthy, this martial art will teach you self defence and respect not only for yourself but for others also. It builds self esteem and ignites the confidence in one’s self that will carry through to all other facets of your life.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there!!!

Last night Hanshi’ conducted his first class as an 8th Dan. 10 senior students braved the 32 degree heat to celebrate the history making event.

We are coming back after having a much deserved break. Everyone is welcome from experienced to beginners. We can cater to all grades. Also a great way to keep fit and meet new friends. Come try for free at 6pm on Tuesday the 6th of February at 2B Godfrey St Thomson. We look forward to seeing new and old faces 🥋
