Druk Geelong FC is pleased to announce our participation in yet another exciting friendly match against Everest United Club, this Saturday (25/04/26) at Tarneit, Victoria. Hosted by Everest United, there will be a post-match barbecue session to celebrate Nepali New Year 2083 and Fund Raiser party.

With two consecutive weeks of attendance and impressive performance from our newest player in the mid-field, Druk Geelong FC is pleased to welcome our latest addition, Mr. Norzang to the club.

Whether you joined us to witness the match, sponsored us refreshment or simply wished us luck, we are sure you wanted to know the result.

First half was slow and steady yet highly tactical performances from both the teams. The result remained quite sealed with leading goal from Druk Melbourne FC in the first half. Our boys gave their best in the second half and defended well from conceding further goals but couldn’t secure the equalizing goal let alone winning the match. Lot of contacts and clashes brought down some of the players on both teams but no major injury.

Our team walked away with lessons and the pledge to perform even better in the future matches.

Thank you once again team Melbourne for driving all the way to Geelong for the love of the game! You are unbeaten champions! Well done!

Life can get pretty busy letting us forget some of the greatest moments right behind us. Our boys have been quite engaged but have not forgotten our club and the weekend fun!

Come, join us as we stage our second match against our own Drukpa team tomorrow at Bell Park. Same teams, same pitch but with renewed energy and better team spirit! Excited to see new players from DMFC while we welcome back our team captain from his brief holiday.

We hope our spectators and supporters will enjoy the match as much as the players.
