Murray's completed a nice little tote bag. I have one and very handy for carrying water bottle, coffee and purse. The totes have a flat bottom, so everything stands up. Really handy. $40 Made with the heavy string from the large 1 tonne bale.

What a fantastic workshop today at the Geraldton Women's Shed. Their new 'shed' is great and a fabulous space to hold a workshop. The baskets were as varied as those involved in making them. Lovely baskets and thanks for the invite.

I've been a bit quiet with basket making and posting lately, so here's 3 recent works. 2 completed and a big one in progress. I'll pop some info on each photo for wanting to go a little deeper.

Could not resist sharing this incredible journey by Phyllis and one of Murray's blue hats. 💙 if you would like a totally different coverage of China, head over to the The Blue Hats page and check out these adventures.

Last night was the opening of the Member's exhibition at the Geraldton Regional Art Gallery . So excited to have my artwork accepted and to see the other local entries. Two exhibitions are currently on display and the other one is Radical Futures: Bold Intentions. The AMAZING point is that both exhibitions are wholly produced by Midwest artists.

Did you know that Geraldton has a dedicated Women's Shed. How good is that ❤️. Very happy to be doing a workshop the next weekend.

This lovely memory from 3 years ago popped up. We were in Broome with a group of family and friends to celebrate our daughter, Kiri's significant birthday (2nd from left). We had a week there. Fabulous ❤️ Murray, daughter Kiri, a friend also called Kiri and Murray's brother, Rod. The 4 musketeers ❤️
