Whilst we’ve recognised the amazing individual awards from a few of our players, we still have the Geraldton Storm team to thank, all 15 of you! 🩶

We could not have achieved this year’s accomplishments without your patience, hard work, perseverance, dedication, and teamwork. All the work has paid off, and we cannot thank all of you more for your efforts. Despite the amount of games, injuries and the weather we put up one hell of a competition and showcased a snippet of the talent we have in Geraldton! 🥎

We’d also like to thank Bethany, Gemma and Kylie for scoring a whopping 13 games across the Score book and iPad! 💕

Huge thanks the Bevan and Shane for dedicating their time to stand in as our base coach’s to allow Erin and Stacey to focus on the team and the game! We’re sorry you got drenched and that our signals weren’t as simple as you would’ve liked! 😂🫣

GERALDTON STORM WERE TOO MUCH FOR HEDLAND TO HANDLE!

The hard work and perseverance paid off! We’re stoked to be bringing the shield back to Geraldton! Hedland put on one hell of a show and we’re so grateful to have played such a powerhouse team in the grandfinal as we were to play all the other towns in the rounds. The Pilbara have a lot to offer and we can’t wait to be back next year!

The one and only Kaycee Monaghan took out the Grandfinal MVP, we couldn’t be any prouder of her! If you didn’t see her show stopping catch to end the game you will need to go back and watch it!

NORTHWEST SOFTBALL CHAMPIONS 2024 🩶🩷

Went into Sundays games with a few sore bodies and a lot of rain! But we didn’t let that stop us from playing some great softball! So proud of the girls and how they held themselves!

We went through the rounds winning 10 games and 2 draws to find us on top of the ladder and getting us home team advantage in the Grandfinal against Port Hedland, we were ready for the rematch! 🩷🩶

Saturday was a big day! Playing 7 games in total! Drawing the first to win the next 6! We are stoked with the performance of all the girls!

Huge thanks to Shane Clark and Bevan Yeomans for taking one for the team in the heat to help base coach!
