Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of working with the Champions Netball Team 💚

This is the second time these dedicated athletes have come to the studio during their off season to work on their strength, conditioning and co-ordination 💥

There was a lot of hard work happening yesterday but also a lot of laughs! 🤩

Thank you for spending the afternoon with us Champions! We cant wait to see you out on the courts! 💚💥🏀💪

👯‍♂️ Saturday 31st January kicks off our new term 🎊

What a year ahead we have planned!
There will be dancing, strength building conditioning, discos, events, lots of laughter and more dancing!
We even have a couple of surprises up our sleeves too so watch this space 😎 💚

One new addition to our schedule this year is our half day program: 'Beyond Connect'. This 8-week program focuses on social engagement, emotional well-being and practical life skills. In true Beyond Beats fashion, we have also included some gentle and functional movement into each day ✨️

To our incredible BB community; thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, energy and support! We’ve had an absolute blast sharing our space, our moves and so many special moments with you 🥰💃

In our very first year, we’ve grown from one class a week to FIVE (pinch us!) and there’s even more exciting plans coming in 2026 ✨🕺
