Wowsers! What a day!!
Our Beyond Beats dancers absolutely lit up the Queens Park Theatre this weekend at the Starlight Festival of Dance 💃 🕺

There was nerves, giggles, excitement and joy all before we even made it side stage 😁
Walking through the darkness of side stage is where the nervous butterflies took full flight for some of our dancers and the adrenalin really kicked in for others 😎

The Starlight Dance Festival was our dancers time to shine. They were not there as spectators, they arrived as competitors and they left with trophies 🏆

We are so very proud of everyone who took to the stage and we cannot wait to see where we go next!

😎 Stage Walk Through! 😎

This afternoon our dancers got to experience a walk through on the QPT stage ahead of Saturdays competition 🌟

Having the opportunity to see the changerooms, stand sidestage, and to look out to the audience from the stage is one way we can reduce nerves in the lead up to comps 💃

We even had a chance to experience different lighting modes so there will be no unexpected surprises on Saturday 👯‍♂️

The walk through was a big success with one of our dancers declaring on the stage "I love it up here!" 🤩
We have a sneaking suspicion our performers may get the 'comp bug' after Saturday night! 😁

🌟 We have some exciting news! 🌟

We've been quiet online cause we've been busy in the studio! We are very excited and proud to say we are entering into our very first competition festival 😎

Starlight Festival of Dance is coming to Geraldton and Beyond Beats will be there!! 🎊

We had this dream from day one and our dancers have worked so hard in the studio to get to this point. This will be the first Geraldton All Ability Troupe ever and Beyond Beats is not just entering one troupe, but two! We have a Lyrical Troupe 💃 and a Hip Hop Troupe🕺
We also have our very first Beyond Beat solo entry! 😎

Our dancers are so excited and cannot wait to be performing on the big stage of Queens Park Theatre!

We are competing this Saturday, 27th June!
😎Nathaniel will be on stage approx 1:30pm
👯‍♂️Troupes will be on stage approx 6:30pm

Come down and support our very excited performers!
