Last training session with the boys before we play on the big stage at Optus Stadium Thursday night against the Fremantle Dockers Academy 💪🖤💛

Massive few days....local training Thursday, Midwest Football Carnival Friday, Saturday rest, Sunday local game and a good win!Yesterday, half day of school then in the car from Gero to Perth for State training. Wet and windy conditions tested the boys with nearly 2 hours worth of drills they finished off with 10 x 100m sprints with only a 30 second break between 😳. Kaeleb running really well with leading the pack most sprints 💪Back in the car 4 hours home, light snack, showered into bed just after midnight and up for school this morning and local club training this arvo!

This is currently our life...its a grind but its the only way forward...keep pushing and you can do anything💪

Also helped his team take the overall win and took out BOG of the year 7/8 division🏆🏅
