A special highlight from the Geraldton City Speedway Club Presentation Awards Night, was catching up with true Motorsport Royalty, Rosco McGlashan.

A legendary name in Australian Motorsport, Rosco has inspired generations through his dedication, talent and passion for the sport both on and off the track. Despite his incredible achievements, he is always so humble and generous with his time — always happy to meet the kids, have a chat, share stories and stop for a photo.

Thank you Rosco for continuing to support and inspire the next generation of racers.

As we approach 40 nominations for the 2 nights of racing it looks like the Autopro Carnarvon Wingless Fruitbowl Classic is going to be a ripper with 14 nominations so far. Drivers will be competing for 3k in prize money and the exclusive fruitbowl trophy which is sure to see the Wingless Sprints ripping up the 440m of clay!

Other divisions are filling with numbers as drivers take advantage of the blue ribbon tow money on offer to head to the Gascoyne.
