Investing in strong governance for the future of Souths 🏑

Gladstone Souths Sports Club Inc. is pleased to share that we have secured funding to undertake a comprehensive review and update of our Club governance documents.

This project will support Souths to review and strengthen our Rules of Association, governance procedures, committee roles, member processes and supporting governance resources, helping ensure the Club continues to operate with clear, practical and contemporary systems.

We will be working with local consulting firm NAVIGATE Business Solutions Australia to undertake the governance review and prepare the updated documentation for consideration by our Management Committee and members at our up and coming Special AGM.

Strong governance plays an important role in supporting our volunteers, protecting our members and ensuring Souths is well positioned for future growth and sustainability.

We are grateful to Gladstone Regional Council for supporting this important project and investing in the ongoing development of local community organisations.
