Outlaws Junior Presentation 💚🖤🥎

Last night Outlaws Softball Club was named Club of the Year at the SNSW Community Awards evening.

It was only a few years ago that Outlaws had 1 men’s team, and a couple of kids playing for different clubs. It’s absolutely crazy to us that in the 2025/26 season, we had 7 teams, and nearly triple the amount of members from 2024.

As Wayne said last night, we have the most incredible families, who show up to support us all year round, and we couldn’t do it without you.

Congratulations to our U12’s boys and girls on their retrospective state championships! Our girls team went through their tournament undefeated but unfortunately lost their final by 2. Our boys team were also undefeated, but they won their final 12-6!

Congratulations to Danny Robinson on being awarded Life Membership for PCSA. A very special moment between best mates at last night’s AGM - where previous Life Member, Wayne Warren, presented him with his badge.

Danny started at PCSA at an U14 level, and many years later, is now the Open Men’s coach. This man has had a stellar playing career, and an even more ofimpressive coaching portfolio. He gives his heart and soul to our association, and he couldn’t be more deserving.

We love you Danny, and are so proud to call you an Outlaw!

Tyler Ingold is about to play on the world stage! Tune in over the weekend and catch him playing for Australia at the U18 Men’s World Qualifiers!

Congratulations to all our teams this year. But special shout out to our premiership winning teams O’s and OG’s in majors and men’s divisions.

Special shout out to Tyler Ingold for winning the Aaron Ristau junior male athlete of the year. The hard work you put in is really showing and we know this only just the start of what you will achieve.

Season wrap up -

💚 Benny Ball 🖤 The first year of outlaws entering a team into the Benny ball division and it did not disappoint. Every week saw lots of smiles and excellent softball from our 3 and 4 year olds.

💚 Teeball 🖤 The Green Monsters went above and beyond this year. This fairly young team fell 1 run short of making the grand final. With only 3 top age players in the team they showed how much they had learnt and grown in their semi final game .We are super excited to see what this team can achieve next season.

💚 Modball 🖤. The Green Machine had a heart breaking loss in the Grand final game losing in the last innings by 1 run. This team dominated with the bat all season and yesterday was no exception. Watching this team swing the bat and try to better themselves every week will go a long way in achieving their goals in softball.

💚 Minors 🖤 The Green Sox was another of our teams with only a couple of top age players. They fought hard all year and played their hearts out in the semi final but it wasn’t their day. Another team that will hit the ground running next season without a doubt.

💚 Majors 🖤 The O’s . For most of this team it was their final year in juniors. A bunch of friends playing the game they love and it was finally their time to be the top age team and show their talent. The grand final was no exception with a 13-0 win which was a team effort with some flashes of individual brilliance. Thankyou to all our players who move into seniors. You have set a pathway for our younger players to follow.

💚 Mens 🖤 Old Skool fell a couple runs short of a spot in the grand final to our other men’s team in the semi final. They played awesome all year and their hitting is getting better and better each season. With a lot of banter and fun between all the players it’s always a good time with this bunch of guys.

💚 Mens 🖤 The OG’s finally had their year to win. It has been 13 years since Outlaws have won the men’s division. Another team with lots of banter and laughs between all players. The grand final was highlighted by a full team batting performance and some amazing fielding keeping the other team score low. Congratulations on the 9-1 victory OGs.

I would like to say thank to our coaches who taught and guided our teams this year. Teaching these athletes the right techniques and game play now will go a long way in their careers.
And lastly a huge shoutout to all the parents of our junior teams. Without your time and support of our club we wouldn’t be where we are today. Your time volunteering does not go unnoticed and we greatly appreciate it.
