The massive accomplishment this guy has managed to achieve. For Jack his quote “just getting started” was finding ourselves sitting alot closer to his goal weight of 99kg. For some the weight Jack has taken off already is a whole journey/goal. Jack has lost a whopping 35kg + here’s how he did it.

Step 1. Came to me little over a year ago sat in front of me with a goal and a very willing mindset toward achieving it.

Step 2. He’s followed the plan had hurdles but reached out to his coach to overcome them.

Step 3. Allowed his “why” to drive him through the tough times and hasn’t lost sight of the end goal.
