Most spearos are limited by two things:
❌ Poor breath hold technique
❌ Inefficient equalization

And no new gun, wetsuit, or fins will fix that.

On December 2026, freediving instructor trainer and athlete is running a spearfishing specific workshop designed to help you:

• Stay longer at depth
• Equalize smoothly
• Feel relaxed instead of rushed
• Dive with more confidence and safety

With 6+ years teaching experience and dives beyond 100m, Gonzalo specialises in translating freediving techniques into practical skills for spearfishing.

Limited spots are available. Complete beginners are welcome!

Big congratulations to our own Gonzalo (Gonzalo Cortés) for becoming a Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor Trainer! 👏

If you’ve trained with Gonzalo, you’ll know that he puts everything into helping people become better freedivers. Whether it’s your first course, preparing for competition, or working towards becoming an instructor, he brings the same level of commitment to every session.

This is one of the highest instructor ratings in the Molchanovs system and a huge achievement after years of training, teaching, and constant learning.

We’re lucky to have him as part of the OceanSense team. Congrats, Gonzalo! 💙

Thinking about starting your freediving journey or taking it to the next level? Get in touch—we’d love to help.
