If you’ve been wanting to refine your practice, build confidence, or simply experience something different… this is your sign to give it a go.
We’ve made a few little changes to the schedule. This is an invitation to try something new, or maybe slow things down… or switch it up completely.

Pranayama • the fourth limb 🌬️✨
Is described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as the regulation of the breath.
But beyond technique, pranayama is the expansion and awareness of prana, our life force.
It sits at the crossroads between the physical and the internal practices. Through the breath, we begin to shift from movement into stillness, from distraction into presence.
The breath reflects the state of the mind. And through conscious breathing, we begin to influence that state.
This is why pranayama is such a powerful and often overlooked tool.
Not only on the mat, but in every moment of life.

Here’s your schedule for the week. Same flow as last week.. but just a little heads up that this is the last week of our current timetable.
Our winter timetable starts next Monday, and you’ll start to see the changes coming through in MindBody over the next few days 👀

Asana ~ the third limb of Yoga 🧘🏽♂️
I am passionate about this one specially as asana is often the first place we encounter yoga. But in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, it is described very simply: as a steady and comfortable seat. Out of all the teachings.. that is all that is said about posture.
Beyond movement and shapes, asana becomes a space for awareness. A container where we observe our reactions, our habits, and our patterns.
The posture itself is neutral. What we experience within it becomes the real practice.
This is where yoga begins to reveal itself.
