Eating food and cheating are not the same thing.

You are not ‘cheating on your diet’. You’re having a higher calorie meal and that’s it.
No one’s gonna get sad or angry.
No one’s gonna use this against you in years to come.
F**k, no one will care tomorrow.

But calling it cheating does lead to guilt, a f**k it mentality and also more stigma around food which we really don’t need in 2026 🫠

Does he act as form of therapy? The gym does
Does he surround you with community and love? The gym does
Does he care about the fact you can now side lat raise with 6kg? The gym does

Basically the gym is a green flag in life and deserves another go.
(Also the gym may have hot green flag men as well)

Lifting weights makes you bulky 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Ladies, I’m sure you’ve all heard this before 🫠🫠
But I’ve been lifting for years and dam I wish I had more visible muscle mass 🥲

Lifting weights will build mass yes; but you’re not suddenly going to become the terminator.
A lot of the people you see on the internet who are ‘bulky’ are either
A - men, who have 20x more testosterone than you and will build muscle quicker (f**kers)
B - women using steroids to help promote muscle growth
C - men on steroids who look like walking clouds ☁️

Unfortunately building muscle isn’t quick and easy like the almond mums tell us.
And even worse, lifting weights does amazing things for you body, bones, muscles, mental health etc and you will probably become a little addicted to how much better you feel 🫣🫣

So if you want to start you journey to being a non bulky fitness queen, comment the word bulky below

But let’s be real, I’m not a hard ass coach. You will see amazing changes and you will ENJOY the f**king process.

I see absolutely no point in making changes that you can’t sustain or fit into your lifestyle.
I also don’t think that you need to completely uphaul your life to see the results you want.

Yes you can still eat chocolate and yes you can still have a cheeky night. Yes, you do need also make changes so that there is a good balance and 80% of your choices are good for your body ❤️❤️
