One thing I keep noticing with parents and dads…
Most people don’t actually want to give up on their health.
They just slowly drift into survival mode.
Work gets busy.
The kids need you.
Stress builds up.
You get tired.
And eventually your own wellbeing drops to the bottom of the list.
Not because you don’t care.
But because life starts running on autopilot.
That’s why I believe fitness needs to feel:
✅ Simple
✅ Supportive
✅ Realistic
✅ Sustainable
Not intimidating.
Not all-or-nothing.
Not another source of pressure.
That’s a big part of why I started building BEAST Family Bootcamp.
A place for real people to move more, rebuild consistency, and feel stronger again — physically and mentally.
Just good people getting back on track together.

Fitness isn’t that complicated what matters is that you move your body and enjoy yourself while doing it.
At the end of the day, the best workout is the one you actually do.
That’s exactly what our bootcamps are about:
✅ No ego
✅ No pressure
✅ No “fitness person” required
✅ Just movement, laughs, and getting better together
Beginners welcome. Unfit welcome. Parents welcome. Everybody welcome.
Msg me to come swing some bells with us 💪
One thing I’ve realised talking to parents lately…
Most people don’t stop training because they’re lazy.
Life just gets heavy.
Here’s the 5 biggest reasons I see dads fall out of fitness:
1️⃣ No energy
By the end of the day, work, stress, bills, and responsibilities drain everything out of you.
2️⃣ Busy schedule
When life gets hectic, your own health usually becomes the last priority.
3️⃣ Kids & family responsibilities
A lot of parents feel guilty taking time for themselves — even though being healthier benefits the whole family.
4️⃣ Gym anxiety
Not everyone feels comfortable in crowded gyms or knows where to start.
5️⃣ No accountability
Doing it alone is hard. Most people don’t need punishment… they need support and consistency.
That’s honestly one of the biggest reasons I started building BEAST Family Bootcamp.
I wanted to create something beginner-friendly, outdoors, supportive, and built for real people trying to get back on track.
No ego.
No pressure.
Just movement, community, and getting stronger together.
👇 Which one hits hardest for you?
Outdoor training just hits different.
Fresh air. Open space. Sunlight. Real energy.
No packed gyms. No waiting for equipment. No staring at mirrors.
Just showing up, moving your body, and getting stronger and fitter.
Kids are always welcome too — because leading by example matters.
Fitness should fit into real life, not take you away from it.
Who else prefers outdoor training over the gym? 👇
