9 Weeks & 8kg DOWN ⬇️🙌
Online Client Alessia came to me wanting to reach 60kg as she was unhappy with how she looked!
So we out did that and got down to 57.5kg in just 9 weeks!
No gym, simple weights & bands at home
Average daily step count 9-12k due to work
20 mins of running daily as that is what she enjoyed doing
Gluten free
Love it when a plan comes together and we get some solid results 🙌

Most Effective Ways To Increase Metabolism! ✅
Metabolism basically means the rate of which we burn calories- Metabolic rate = total daily energy expenditure.
You’ll hear “guru’s” all over social media preaching certain ways to lose that unwanted body weight.
But how much of it is actually TRUE?
Well here’s some science backed information for you!
Top ways to burn calories:
Build muscle- you burn 3x more calories
Cardio / NEAT- NEAT (walking, shopping, dancing, sitting) all contribute to your metabolic rate and calories burned.
Slow dieting- stop looking for a quick fix! Aim for 0.5-1% of body fat loss per week. Metabolic rate will slow down the leaner you get!
Weighted vest- tricking your body into thinking you weigh more = increased Metabolic rate = more calories burned.
Fake guru “hacks”
Saunas, not worth it if your goal is to burn fat you only burn 19 calories compared to NEAT at 14 calories so not really worth it.
Green tea’s: waste of money unless you like the taste
Cold shower / baths- only 29 calories burned per 10 mins of freezing 🥶 your ass off- Again NEAT does 14. Choose your hard 😂😂
