STOP over complicating fat loss! I see it all the time, new plan new you…. BUT for how long? Let me guess….. You’ve tried Keto, saw quick results, craved carbs and suddenly you’re back at square 1…. Sound right? 👀The problem is, when you try to change too much quickly you’re probably going to fail especially! If you LOVE carbs, (they are NOT the enemy) Start small! Look at what you are already eating! write it all down, then make small adjustments Increase protein, lower fats Get a few more steps inThis is how sustainable results are createdThe all or nothing mentality needs to go. Well it’s more than likely because you are guessing! Guessing leaves too much room for error! Studies have shown that the average person typically underestimates their caloric intake by about 40%! But! The positive thing here is there’s a SOLUTION! It’s about acknowledging your actions and tracking absolutely everything that goes into your mouth! No one has ever “accidentally” eaten a burger 🍔 So I am not saying don’t have that juicy burger, it’s more about being aware of when you can “afford” to have it! Or pre plan and bank calories for it! 9 Weeks & 8kg DOWN ⬇️🙌

Online Client Alessia came to me wanting to reach 60kg as she was unhappy with how she looked!

So we out did that and got down to 57.5kg in just 9 weeks!

No gym, simple weights & bands at home

Average daily step count 9-12k due to work

20 mins of running daily as that is what she enjoyed doing

Gluten free

Love it when a plan comes together and we get some solid results 🙌

Most Effective Ways To Increase Metabolism! ✅

Metabolism basically means the rate of which we burn calories- Metabolic rate = total daily energy expenditure.

You’ll hear “guru’s” all over social media preaching certain ways to lose that unwanted body weight.

But how much of it is actually TRUE?

Well here’s some science backed information for you!

Top ways to burn calories:

Build muscle- you burn 3x more calories

Cardio / NEAT- NEAT (walking, shopping, dancing, sitting) all contribute to your metabolic rate and calories burned.

Slow dieting- stop looking for a quick fix! Aim for 0.5-1% of body fat loss per week. Metabolic rate will slow down the leaner you get!

Weighted vest- tricking your body into thinking you weigh more = increased Metabolic rate = more calories burned.

Fake guru “hacks”
Saunas, not worth it if your goal is to burn fat you only burn 19 calories compared to NEAT at 14 calories so not really worth it.

Green tea’s: waste of money unless you like the taste

Cold shower / baths- only 29 calories burned per 10 mins of freezing 🥶 your ass off- Again NEAT does 14. Choose your hard 😂😂
