Let's talk about it....all you need to do is make small adjustments in your daily routine to ultimately turn those good things you're already doing into great things! Success happens in your daily routine! ๐
One way to do that is to first figure out the cracks in your daily routine and what is adjustable to take it one step closer to your highest self. That may mean that you're starting to take short walks if you've fallen out of your fitness routine, or set aside the time in your schedule where you can devout a small portion of your day to yourself to get in movement. ๐๐ผโโ
Start small, and stick to that routine or change, and reward yourself along the way! ๐คฉ When you've done it long enough, then make more new adjustments and continue to move forward in the direction of your goals. In order to achieve results in any area of your fitness journey, do not forget that giving up does you no good, and neither does decreasing your goal in order to achieve it!
Your goals should scare you, but still be attainable. All you need is a more specific plan, accountability, and consistency. Push yourself to reach further, I promise you will be happier that you fought through it! ๐๐

Life got the best of me, and before I know it, I has gained over 30 kg. Everything had spiraled downward and I forgot about my number oneโฆME.
