Huge Congrats to on her epic win on the weekend taking out the J100 Burnie title in Tasmania. It’s Georgia’s biggest ITF title to date and it’s a great moment of recognition of the work she is putting in on and off the court with the great team she surrounds herself with.

The moment it’s all about you, the team loses oxygen.

Contribution is the antidote to ego. It turns tension into trust.

When everyone’s orientation is impact, not attention, flow finds the group fast.

Your next level isn’t in the spotlight; it’s in the way you contribute to something bigger.

Compete for the person next to you and create a culture that wins in and out of the arena.

🎾 Wow, like many, I just finished watching Alcaraz v Sinner.

What I found totally absorbing wasn’t just the shot-making, the precision and athleticism... it was the composure of Alcaraz.

In the second set, Sinner was all over Alcaraz, and it seemed the tables had turned. He was dominating.

But through this phase of the match, Alcaraz never wavered. His performance did, but he didn't.

His body language stayed engaged, his energy positive, his words to himself unwavering and encouraging. He stuck to his system between points.

What I love so much is that he knew momentum would eventually shift. And when it did, he was primed to take advantage of it because he had never abandoned trust in himself. He was already standing in neutral-to-positive energy — ready to strike.

He didn’t let the scoreline dictate his approach.
That’s what allowed him to turn the match in his favour, and once it did, he never let go.

It was a masterclass in belief and trust in his systems and training under pressure.

As founders, leaders, and team players, here are a few thoughts we can learn from:

1. Stay committed to your system: When results aren’t going your way, don’t abandon your rituals. They’re what anchor you through turbulence.

2. Neutral > Negative: You don’t need blind positivity. You need to avoid slipping into negative self-talk so you’re ready when momentum shifts.

3. Detach score from state: Just like in business, the numbers (revenue, clients, market share) may dip. But your state, focus, and belief don’t have to.

Winning under pressure isn’t about playing perfectly.

It’s about trusting your inner system when everything outside is shaking and the momentum, as it will, rides the pendulum.

What was your takeaway from the match?

❌ Stop fixing.
✅ Start improving.

When you say “I need to fix my movement,” your brain hears: “It’s broken.”

But nothing’s broken.
You’re a high-level athlete.
Your game doesn’t need fixing — it needs refining.

Switch the script → “I’m improving my movement.”

Feel the difference?
One is heavy.
The other is empowering.

Train your language like you train your body.
The words you choose create the athlete you become.

This is exactly the type of work we do in TAOS - The Athletes Operating System.
Come join our sessions and change the way you think, feel and improve yourself.
