One of our favourite parts of the day. There's no place like the beach to set your intentions, practise gratitude, and warm-up before some yoga and surfing!

Surfing is not an exclusive sport, anyone can surf, and we encourage everyone to be included.

Surf etiquette is essential to keeping everyone safe while surfing. So here are a couple of quick tips for navigating the lineup. The person on the inside (closest to the breaking wave) has right of way. To keep things fair, everyone waits their turn. If we stick to these rules it makes it fair and fun for everyone!
