Even though we lost by 36, the boys showed some fight, especially being down by 44 at one stage of the game. The first quarter was disappointing but after quarter time the boys looked ok, gave up the ball to easily on occasions but they ran the game out. Proud of the boys today, especially the young guys coming through, hold your head high boys and keep fighting to get back to the club we know we can be ❤️🖤🙌

Massive shout out to the Essendon players today for giving there time to sign everyone's jersey's and posters today, really unbelievable to have every single player sign everything... and a massive shout out to Zach Merrett for his time and absolute love for the supporters, he is unbelievably humble and a Bomber at heart, he will be a bomber next year, mark my words! He is going to stay... my opinion only but i think he will stay 🖤❤️
