What a blast we had this morning at the fitclub! Delicious formula one snickers smoothie for recovery!
Hi everyone!
The Fit Club was great this morning - we had new workouts and had a delicious smoothie (Tropical/Banana) back at the Club.
THERE IS NO FIT CLUB ON SATURDAY 25th AUGUST!!!
But fortunately, we get back to normal on TUESDAY 28th AUGUST.
So don't forget your towel, water bottle, and small healthy snack.

Great session last Saturday, we keep growing, invite your friends and help us to increase the number of active and healthy people!!!
Tomorrow Morning, Monday of boxing Workouts!!!!!, 6.30am Next to southport surf club, main beach, don't miss out!!
A couple of our friends invited us to have our healthy breakfast to their Balcony, amazing view and great place to finish our Wednesday Beach workouts, we may go to the roof next time,
