NEW CLASS 📣

We are super excited to announce we will be introducing a KIDS BOXING class every Thursday and Friday afternoon at 4pm. 🥊

No experience is needed and we promise a good time will be had for all.

What’s involved in the class?

✅ Classes will be for kids 8yrs and above only.

✅ Classes will have NO head strikes at all.

✅ Classes will involve footwork, stance, basic boxing skillset, pad work, bag work and light body sparring.

✅ Kids can wear their No-Gi kit or a black t-shirt and shorts is ok too.

✅ Classes will be open to ANY child regardless if your child is a Full Metal student or not. So we encourage you to spread the word.
