In Vedic Astrology todays new moon in Capricorn ♑️, we celebrate Maha Shivaratri, translated as the Great night of Shiva. It is a day to celebrate life and existence and is a beautiful time to reconnect with your devotional practices and sacred rituals of the heart. You can fast on this day, chant the mantra Om Namah Shivaya and sit in meditations.
Our Sahaja moon mat design has cycles of the moon with the full moon 🌕 and new moon 🌚 on each ends as well as two crescent moons 🌙 in the centre. They represent Shiva and symbolises his feminine, calmness and Shakti side.

Sahaja Yoga Mats are eco friendly and are a yoga mat towel in one. The micro fibre towel top is made from recycled plastics and bonded to a natural non slip rubber base.
All our designs are based on Sacred Geometry, yogic texts and life. The designs are also intelligent alignment cues to aid the mover on the mat to help improve their practice. Our goal is to light up 108 Millions lives and to leave a cleaner footprint on Mother Earth.
