What a fantastic 3 days of competition! 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️🌊☀️

Our team truly excelled! While we didn’t bring home any bling this time 🥇🥈🥉, we’re incredibly proud of the effort, teamwork and spirit shown across the whole crew 💪👏🙌. Congratulations to one of our Pinkies paddlers who was lucky enough to paddle with the Redcliffe Pink Snapdragons Breast Cancer Dragon Boat Club Inc. and brought home a bronze medal! 🥉🎉🎊
We paddled lots of races 🚣‍♀️, gained valuable experience on the water 🌊, and it was a fantastic opportunity for our newer sweeps to develop their skills 🐉🛶👏. So many lessons, laughs and great memories made over the weekend 😄📸🎉.
Thank you to Dragon Boat Queensland / DBQ for their help and support in getting us on the water as often as we did 🙌🚣‍♀️🌊.
A big thank you to Marie for patiently answering all of our questions about the race draw 📝⏱️, the officials for keeping everything running smoothly 👏🚩, and to North Coast Dragons Australia for kindly loaning us a marquee and helping get it up and down each day ⛺💪.
And… a huge shoutout to all of the volunteers who kept the event ticking along ⏰👏🌟. Without your time, energy and dedication the event simply wouldn’t go ahead 🙏🚣‍♂️🎉.
