2026 is coming in fast and in the new year I launch into a new era, and it’s a goodbye and thank you to VeganFitnessModel šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

Wow, want an amazing 13 year journey it has been, I’ve changed so many to veganism, to eating healthier to opening minds of what is possible as a vegan. I thank you all that have been here along the way and still here, all you new followers also. So much more to come šŸ¤

But I know you’re asking, why the change?

Yes I’m still Vegan
Yes I will be still competing as a vegan
Yes I am still coaching and training vegans

However, I am focusing on natural health, natural bodies and competing as a natural competitor…this hasn’t changed but society has and to reach more people, I’m removing the label like many vegan coaches and influencer have done.

I will keep inspiring people to go vegan, via living a thriving plantbased Wholefood active lifestyle. No changes there.

However, to grow my following, business and reach more people…it will be more of a softer inclusive approach.

Over the past 5 years there’s been a lot of change in the vegan communities and therefore in society backlash towards us. It’s sad, but I do feel it’s a temporary situation and positive those living abundantly as I am, will show it’s a healthy and humane way to live life fully.

I hope you enjoy my new content coming soon, just think all things ā€˜natural’ foods, medicine, cosmetics, environment, and more…

In my 40s
I didn’t take hormones (steroids) for bodybuilding
I was accused of it, called a cheat šŸ˜… ofcourse I took it as a huge compliment and more so as a vegan

Now in my 50s
I’m getting asked if I’m on hormones, if I did I’d be now praised for taking them...
It’s quality of life. It’s natural.
Rather i’m met with ā€˜your lucky’, ā€˜you wait’ etc

Crazy times, in the world of ageing especially the over 40s fitness influencers all promoting their gains, results...
via HRT & TRT plus micro-dosing Ozempic and now in 2025 it’s ok 😳
Let that sink in....

Be aware, ladies just like PEDs and steroids, too much of it will change your voice, grow more facial hair, be more masculine in facial and body structure…

Each to their own.

Here is how they derive the urine from pregnant mares šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøšŸ‘‡šŸ¼

How PMU (Pregnant Mare’s Urine) is collected šŸ‘‰šŸ¼

1. Impregnation:
•Female horses (mares) are kept pregnant most of the year to produce the right hormone profile in their urine.
•This is repeated annually to ensure consistent estrogen production.

2. Confinement:
•Around 4–6 months into pregnancy, mares are confined in small stalls in large factory-like barns.
•These stalls restrict movement to prevent spillage of urine and keep collection equipment in place.

3. Urine Collection:
•A rubber collection device is attached to the mare’s body.
•Urine is funneled into a container, collected regularly, and then shipped to pharmaceutical labs for processing.

4. Foal Byproduct:
•After the mare gives birth, many foals are considered industry byproducts.
•They are often sold at auction (sometimes for meat) or discarded, as the focus is solely on urine production.

5. Cycle Repeats:
•Mares are re-impregnated shortly after giving birth and the cycle continues for several years.
