For those Obstacle Racing Queensland athletes racing elite at the Spartan Race trifecta weekend in Bright this weekend don't forget to email Obstacle Racing Vic [email protected] and CC [email protected]) and let them know you're coming.

All four race distances are for points with the 14k Super and 7k Sprint on the Saturday and the 21k Beast and 42k Ultrabeast on the Sunday.

See you in Bright for what will be a brutal event.

And the Friday night after is our last local event for this year. The 5k Night Attack - Obstacle Challenge will take place at Cbus Super Stadium Robina.
And this year remember to bring ahead lamp. It gets a little dark between obstacles.

Our second and final local middle distance event will be the Holt Bolt on Sunday 13/11.

12-14k of muddy fun will take place over two laps of the regular course.

We had it all today at Raw Challenge Gold Coast. A great little course with some well placed obstacles and some challenging terrain.

A burpee demonstration from Kane Casson and a how not to do burpee demonstration from Chris Nelson. Don't worry Laura, your job is safe. A rumored helicopter sighting.

And even a superstar interviewed by channel 7.

It's race week race fans as we head down to the Gold Coast hinterland to take on Raw Challenge in the picturesque Numimbah Valley for the second and final time this year. A sprint distance event over 8k with some nice obstacles and an excellent slide.
As usual we will have Scott Sheppeard Photography and Kylee Cole Photography on hand to capture your best and worst moments.
A very good opportunity to pockup some points with several of our usual racers joining OCR Team Australia heading to Canada to take on the OCR World Championships. And don't forget there's prize money on the line for the first three male and female finishers.
