WHY AM I EXPOSING MYSELF LIKE THIS đ
Because fkkk pretending like Iâm perfect 100% of the time because I am absolutely not!
Of course majority of the time I try to support my nervous system by eating and hydrating before caffeine, and be present and intentional when eating to support my digestion.
I usually avoid wearing sunglasses so that my eyes can receive the signals from the sun to help my circadian rhythm.
And Iâm eating home cooked whole-foods and prioritising training 90% of the time.
BUT at the end of the day Iâm also a busy human, I run a business, I work another almost full time job, I love connecting with people and socialising which sometimes means eating out and drinking coffee early.
And sometimes I just want to wear my bloody sunnies đ
One thing I will NEVER expect of my clients is to be perfect in these habits 100% of the time.
Perfection is the enemy of progress!! Aiming for consistency > perfection in your foundations will allow you to be flexible and not feel fkn guilty for it because literally what is the point of doing all this if you canât enjoy the life youâre building for yourself.
Bit of a rant but I hope this gives someone who is feeling like they arenât doing enough, just because things arenât perfect, the reassurance that giving your best is enough! No one is perfect so why put that pressure on yourself to be??
Give yourself a break sis and be proud of where you are! I can guarantee thereâs a past version of you who would be xx

Most people think theyâre not stressed because they donât currently feel overwhelmed, or anxious - but their allostatic load tells a different story.
Allostasis is the bodyâs process of maintaining stability through adaptation - adjusting hormones, metabolism, immune responses, and nervous system activity in response to stressors.
Your nervous system is constantly adapting to stressors like the ones mentioned above, and when these inputs stack up your baseline stress level rises.
Over time this can contribute to:
ê© hormonal disruption
đ reduced stress toleranceâšê© poorer sleep qualityâšđ impaired metabolic healthâšê© increased inflammation
Which is why pushing harder - more discipline, more restriction - often makes things worse when your system is already overloaded.
Lowering allostatic load isnât about removing stress completely, itâs about improving the daily inputs that help your body regulate and recover to better tolerate your version of a normal baseline of stress. Sleep, nutrition, light exposure, training load, nervous system regulation. These small shifts make the biggest difference on your health.
When a client comes to me, this is the first thing we look at. Because once you understand whatâs over-loading your bucket, it becomes much easier to make changes that actually support your body and your health long-term.
If this resonates with you but youâre not sure where to start, my DMs are always open đ

PSA: âif it fits your macrosâ is no longer a thing :)
Iâm not trying to defy the laws of thermodynamics, a calorie deficit still matters. But your stress, sleep, insulin, recovery, and nutrient status can change how easy it is to access and use stored body fat.
This is the part we werenât taught, and why women have been out here on 1200 calorie deficits, fatigued asf, recovering and sleeping like s**t, losing their cycles and wondering why they have to go through actual hell just to be a bit happier when they look in the mirror.
It makes me so sad, and bloody mad, that this has been the narrative for so long. But the good news is, you donât have to do it like that anymore gf. Focus on your health first, and watch your physique improve as a by-product.
Does this resonate? Or do you need help losing body fat WHILE improving your health? Thatâs exactly what I help my clients do, so pls reach out to chat about how I can help you too x
