The Glow Up šŸ«°šŸ»āœØ

Wow… this one hits different.

I am so damn proud of this queen. She almost didn’t join. Left it until the very last day because she wasn’t sure… and now look at her. Best decision she made, her words not mine šŸ™ŒšŸ»

She showed up. Even on the days she really didn’t feel like it. She trained hard, stayed consistent, and pushed through. She even built a friendship with another girl in my team and they started training together which is what this is all about.

Everything she did was online with my support and guidance the whole way. Her food tracking wasn’t perfect, but guess what… she still progressed.

Because it’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up and doing what you can.

I get that tracking isn’t for everyone. Training every single day isn’t realistic for everyone either. Life is busy, and that’s exactly why I tailor my coaching to fit my girls and their lives.

I started back in 2016… and here I am in 2026, only just feeling confident enough to wear gym shorts.

Yep. Ten years.

Ten years of second guessing, hiding, picking myself apart… and slowly, learning to back myself instead.

I’m still not perfect. I still have things I’m working on. But the difference now is I don’t let that stop me from showing up.

Because confidence isn’t something you wake up with one day. It’s built. It’s practiced. It’s earned through doing the uncomfortable things over and over until they don’t feel so uncomfortable anymore.

That’s exactly why my coaching is built around body confidence. Because I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to hold yourself back… and I know what it takes to move through it.

Inside my coaching, we don’t just focus on the physical. We work on your mindset, your habits, and how you see yourself. Step by step, day by day, you start to notice it… that confidence creeping in.

Until one day, you realise you’re not waiting anymore. You’re just doing.

Respectfully… I’m not forcing down eggs at 5am if I’m not hungry šŸ˜‚
I calorie bank so I can eat bigger meals later in the day because that works WAY better for me. More food in the afternoon/night = happier me and a plan I can actually stick to and calories stay right where I need them

THEM
ā€œI don’t drink alcohol anymoreā€

ME
Ok miss fancy pants šŸ˜‚
I still enjoy a drink here and there. I just make it work within my calories instead of acting like one margarita ruined my entire progress

Eewww, why? I’m sorry but could literally neverrrr šŸ˜‚
Why are we acting like coffee is the enemy??
Catch me with my pre workout or skinny latte ā˜•ļø
You absolutely do NOT need to cut out coffee to lose weight. Just don’t turn it into a 700 calorie dessert in a cup and we’re good šŸ˜‚

I train when I can. Sometimes that’s 5 days. Sometimes it’s 3. Sometimes life absolutely slaps me in the face and I just survive the week šŸ˜‚
Doing something is always better than doing nothing

10k steps before the kids wake up

ME

But I’m also a mum with responsibilities, chaos and approximately 4 business days of interrupted sleep šŸ˜‚
I prioritise those things too… when I can

You do not need to live like a fitness robot to lose weight or feel good. Stop listening to people who are not YOU!

Find what works for YOU, fits YOUR lifestyle and helps YOU stay consistent šŸ™ŒšŸ»

And find a coach who works for YOU not the other way round xx

I’ll never look like that… and that’s okay.ā€

For so many years I thought if I just trained harder, dieted harder, looked a certain way, then maybe I’d finally feel confident and all my problems would go away.

I’d compare myself to women online constantly. And yes, some of them are absolutely stunning. But… I’m not them.

I don’t have fake b***s.
I don’t have perfect skin.
I’ve had two babies.
I live a completely different lifestyle.
I have my own genetics, my own body, my own story.

So why was I spending so much time hating myself for not looking like somebody else?

As women, we can be our own worst critics. We pick ourselves apart daily without even realising the damage it’s doing to our confidence, our mindset and our happiness.

But what if we flipped the script?

What if we stopped chasing perfection and started appreciating the body we already have?
What if confidence wasn’t about looking like her… but feeling good as YOU?

That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping women build confidence from the inside out. Real women. Imperfectly perfect women.

She’s only 6 weeks into her journey and already the pants are falling off šŸ˜³šŸ’Ŗ

This isn’t about quick fixes (well in her case it’s been quick šŸ˜) any crazy diets, or full on training programs. It’s about consistency…. showing up, trusting the process, and doing the work week after week.

The women I coach who get results aren’t perfect. They stumble, have off days, and sometimes question themselves but they keep going. That’s what makes a transformation like this happen and did I mention it’s only been 6 weeks!!!!
