Wow⦠this one hits different.
I am so damn proud of this queen. She almost didnāt join. Left it until the very last day because she wasnāt sure⦠and now look at her. Best decision she made, her words not mine šš»
She showed up. Even on the days she really didnāt feel like it. She trained hard, stayed consistent, and pushed through. She even built a friendship with another girl in my team and they started training together which is what this is all about.
Everything she did was online with my support and guidance the whole way. Her food tracking wasnāt perfect, but guess what⦠she still progressed.
Because itās not about being perfect, itās about showing up and doing what you can.
I get that tracking isnāt for everyone. Training every single day isnāt realistic for everyone either. Life is busy, and thatās exactly why I tailor my coaching to fit my girls and their lives.

I started back in 2016⦠and here I am in 2026, only just feeling confident enough to wear gym shorts.
Yep. Ten years.
Ten years of second guessing, hiding, picking myself apart⦠and slowly, learning to back myself instead.
Iām still not perfect. I still have things Iām working on. But the difference now is I donāt let that stop me from showing up.
Because confidence isnāt something you wake up with one day. Itās built. Itās practiced. Itās earned through doing the uncomfortable things over and over until they donāt feel so uncomfortable anymore.
Thatās exactly why my coaching is built around body confidence. Because Iāve lived it. I know what it feels like to hold yourself back⦠and I know what it takes to move through it.
Inside my coaching, we donāt just focus on the physical. We work on your mindset, your habits, and how you see yourself. Step by step, day by day, you start to notice it⦠that confidence creeping in.
Until one day, you realise youāre not waiting anymore. Youāre just doing.

I calorie bank so I can eat bigger meals later in the day because that works WAY better for me. More food in the afternoon/night = happier me and a plan I can actually stick to and calories stay right where I need them

I still enjoy a drink here and there. I just make it work within my calories instead of acting like one margarita ruined my entire progress

Why are we acting like coffee is the enemy??
Catch me with my pre workout or skinny latte āļø
You absolutely do NOT need to cut out coffee to lose weight. Just donāt turn it into a 700 calorie dessert in a cup and weāre good š

āI train 6-7 days a week no matter whatā

I train when I can. Sometimes thatās 5 days. Sometimes itās 3. Sometimes life absolutely slaps me in the face and I just survive the week š
Doing something is always better than doing nothing

But Iām also a mum with responsibilities, chaos and approximately 4 business days of interrupted sleep š
I prioritise those things too⦠when I can
You do not need to live like a fitness robot to lose weight or feel good. Stop listening to people who are not YOU!
Find what works for YOU, fits YOUR lifestyle and helps YOU stay consistent šš»
And find a coach who works for YOU not the other way round xx

Iāll never look like that⦠and thatās okay.ā
For so many years I thought if I just trained harder, dieted harder, looked a certain way, then maybe Iād finally feel confident and all my problems would go away.
Iād compare myself to women online constantly. And yes, some of them are absolutely stunning. But⦠Iām not them.
I donāt have fake b***s.
I donāt have perfect skin.
Iāve had two babies.
I live a completely different lifestyle.
I have my own genetics, my own body, my own story.
So why was I spending so much time hating myself for not looking like somebody else?
As women, we can be our own worst critics. We pick ourselves apart daily without even realising the damage itās doing to our confidence, our mindset and our happiness.
But what if we flipped the script?
What if we stopped chasing perfection and started appreciating the body we already have?
What if confidence wasnāt about looking like her⦠but feeling good as YOU?
