We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but for good reason! Over the past two weeks, the D-Fit team has been on the road, coaching across Queensland with the Gold Coast, South Queensland, and Queensland Country representative rugby teams.
From the State Championships in Townsville to the National Championships on the Sunshine Coast, it’s been an incredible few weeks of high-level rugby and rewarding coaching experiences.
Now that these successful campaigns have wrapped up, we’re back in action, with full focus on delivering top-tier D-Fit training, nutrition support, and of course, fresh content for our community.

Feel good with food this weekend!
