So proud of the girls’ determination and the way they competed all day. Finishing 4th was a solid effort, and every team had to work hard to earn their win.

We win some, and we lose some, but our biggest lessons come from the games we don’t win. Those moments build resilience, confidence, and character.

The countdown to our next carnival starts now. We can’t wait to get back out there and do it all again.

What a day. What a team.

These girls showed up with heart, determination and a whole lot of grit. After six tough round games and an incredible day of netball, they finished the carnival as Coast vs Country 2026 Runners Up!

This group came together from different clubs, yet played like they’d been teammates for years. They backed each other, encouraged one another and never stopped fighting until the final whistle. That’s something to be incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to our amazing families for the early start, endless cheering, scoring, sideline support and keeping the girls fuelled throughout the day.

A special thank you to Bakers Delight Hope Island for generously supplying delicious goodies and fresh lunch rolls for the team. Your support helped keep our athletes fuelled and ready to perform throughout the day. 🥐🥖

Yesterday I had the privilege of coaching alongside an incredible team at the Netball Queensland clinics, delivering programs including Train Like a Firebird, Jump to Juniors, NetSetGO, and Little Nettys.

There’s nothing more rewarding than helping young athletes build confidence, develop new skills, and fall in love with our game. Grateful for every opportunity to give back to the netball community and inspire the next generation. 💜
