I love this for so many reasons… 💖

And I can also see it from the other side too. A lot of women feel SO much pressure to “bounce back” after having a baby… when in reality, they might not be surrounded by the right people or the right support to truly understand what their body actually needs during this phase.

I can put my hand up and say that I made the mistake of getting into a deficit, or subconsciously pulling my calories down, a little too early myself.

What a lot of women also don’t realise is that SO much can be done for body composition postpartum without jumping straight into some aggressive 1200 calorie diet.

Simply focusing on:
đź’– Better quality food
đź’– Prioritising protein
đź’– Tracking intake for awareness
đź’– Eating around maintenance
đź’– Supporting recovery and muscle retention through training

…can make a massive difference on its own.

This is why when we do deficits with postpartum clients, they are EXTREMELY mild and very monitored based on:
• Recovery
• Milk supply
• Gym performance
• Energy
• Sleep
• Stress
• Overall health markers

There are so many moving parts during this phase that need to be considered.

This is why I love the work that we do with our clients, and why I love content like this, because it continues driving home the message that health is NOT about being our skinniest self 💖🩷🙏🏼

This time last year was the start of the whole US/Europe tour!

Is crazy how time has gone so quick, it was truly a year of YOLO & I don’t regret one part of it.

They will always be more money, but there will not be more time.

Remember that.

Big investments force big energy.

And I know this personally.

We’ve invested over $100,000 USD into business mentoring over the years and do you know what that created?

Urgency.
Responsibility.
Pressure to actually move.
Pressure to change.
Pressure to stop sitting around “thinking about it” and actually fu***ng doing something.

Because without that investment?
Honestly… I probably wouldn’t have done s**t.

And let’s be real for a second…

People will say they “can’t afford” coaching, support, mentorship, or investing in themselves…

But they’ve already spent thousands this year alone on s**t that didn’t move their life forward at all.

Random takeaway.
Clothes.
Alcohol.
Subscriptions.
Quick fixes.
Programs they never followed.
Challenges they quit after 10 days.

The question usually isn’t whether you can afford it.

It’s whether you can afford to stay exactly where you are.

Especially for the women sitting there feeling uncomfortable in their body…
Gaining weight.
Feeling exhausted.
Avoiding photos.
Losing confidence.
Not recognising themselves anymore.

What would it actually be worth to not feel like that anymore?

Because staying stuck has a cost too.
And honestly?
For most people, that cost is far greater than the investment required to change.

I hear it all the time…

“I’ll just do it on my own.”

As if coaching means something is broken.

But it’s actually the complete opposite.

Some people come to us because they genuinely need help… and that’s bloody amazing because that’s what we love to do.

Others want to take the guesswork out of it.

Others just want to level up faster.

There are so many reasons people seek support, and none of them mean you’re broken.

The mistake people are making at the moment is waiting.

Waiting until they feel ready.
Waiting until things get really bad.
Waiting to see if they can figure it out alone.

But why try to figure it out on your own when you don’t have a decade of experience behind you?

So this is your reminder…

You are not broken for wanting support with your health and fitness journey.

If anything, it highlights that you’re making a smart decision.

Because the people who get the best results usually aren’t the ones trying to do everything alone… they’re the ones willing to learn, be coached, and speed up the process.
