Joeys for those aged 5 to 8 years of age
Cubs for those aged 8 to 11 years of age
Scouts for those aged 11 to 15 years of age
Evitica Venturer Unit for those aged 14 1/2 o 18 years of age

Introducing Scouts Australia Chief Commissioner Designate.

We are delighted to announce Ayden Mackenzie JP as the next Chief Commissioner of Australia.

With more than two decades of Scouting leadership experience, Ayden brings a wealth of expertise in youth development, organisational leadership and delivering quality Scouting programs. As he steps into this important national leadership role, we look forward to the experience, energy and vision he will bring to the future of Scouting across Australia. Ayden’s appointment will officially take effect from 22 November 2026.

It's great to see Roxby Downs Scout Group officially opening their new hall today.

We wish them well with their new facilities. It has been quite a process to get to this point.

Congratulations to Roxby Downs Scout Group on the grand opening of their new hall. It's been a long wait, but what an amazing space.

The Branch Chief Commisioners oversee Scouting in their respective State / territory.

Our own Chief Commissioner Scouts SA is amongst the ones the ones listed. He, along with others at branch, ensures Scouts SA leaders and youth are tracking as we should be, inn providing the best program we can for the youth members in our groups.

Across Australia, our Branch leadership teams are united by one purpose: inspiring the next generation of Leaders.

Together, they provide the leadership and support that empowers our Groups, Districts, volunteers and young people to thrive. Connected as one, we strengthen our movement and create opportunities for every Scout.

Scouts SA provides comprehensive training across a wide variety of activities. Develop your skills in rock climbing, pioneering, kayaking, bushwalking, cycling, caving, and many other exciting areas.

Our training courses help you build valuable skills, strengthen your confidence, and prepare you to support others on their learning journeys. Expanding your knowledge allows you to inspire your peers and encourage others to reach new heights.

You may also be eligible for the Cameron Roy Scholarship Fund, which provides members with up to $130 in financial support for each completed Safe Participant or Trained Participant qualification.
