STRENGTH CLASSES ARE BACK ON 💪

For now, we’re running strength three afternoons a week:

Monday — Fighters | 5:30–6:30 PM
Tuesday — All Levels | 4:45–5:45 PM
Friday — All Levels | 4:45–5:45 PM

We’re looking to introduce a fourth afternoon class in the coming weeks.

Kane Hennessey is a great coach, super knowledgeable and experienced. We’re absolutely blessed to have him under our roof, sharing his knowledge and love of the game.

Crusher classes will also be returning to the morning timetable soon. Stay tuned.

Before Ronnie left, we sat down for a general chat with no real agenda just to see where the conversation took us.

We reminisced on some old memories, talked Muay Thai and picked his brain on the sport and a few things beyond it.

We’d planned to film a lot more with Ronnie before he headed home, but unfortunately we ran out of time.

Shout out to Rawai Muay Thai , Pricha Chokkuea and

Rawai Muay Thai is where Ronnie and I met, and that gym and the people in it shaped a huge part of my experience with Muay Thai.

It’s also where the inspiration for our logo came from. Way back then, when I was fighting for the gym, I always knew that one day, if I opened a gym of my own, I would carry that logo on and keep that connection with me.

To me, it represents loyalty and pride in where I came from. A part of me still feels like I’m representing Rawai Muay Thai here in Australia. Without the people there taking care of me and giving me the experiences they did, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Shane Anderson was lucky enough to drill with him right after finding out who he was. turns out Birds of Tokyo is his favourite band. 😂
