I stay strong because I want to help other women discover how strong they truly are.
Strength isn’t just about surviving hard times it’s about rising through them with courage, resilience, and hope. If my journey can inspire even one woman to believe in herself, find her voice, or take that first brave step toward the life she deserves, then every challenge I’ve faced has had purpose.
I stay strong not only for myself, but to remind other women that they already have incredible strength within them. Sometimes, all it takes is seeing another woman stand tall to realize that you can too.

Last few days have been rough thanks to this crappy flu, but I have to say it felt so good to get in a short upper body session today. 💪🏼
Definitely not back to 100% yet, but it feels good to be moving again. One step at a time. 🙌🏽
What an amazing day today was

We spent the day at Symbio Wildlife Park before heading to the breathtaking Stanwell Tops.
My daughter ran 🏃♀️ all the way down the walking track and back up again, had a quick little rest, and I was just thinking, where on earth does she get all that energy from after 3 days of dancing? 😂😂 Then I remembered that would be me! 🤣💪🏼
Days like these are the best. ❤️✨

Monday’s lower body session was challenging, but I’m proud of what I achieved. Even though I didn’t get to lift 80kg on my box squats, I successfully completed 70kg for 8 reps x3 sets. On my third set my legs failed me, but I pushed through and gave it my best.
I won’t let this session discourage me because I know progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes we have days where our bodies feel more fatigued than usual, but those sessions are still part of the journey. Every workout is an opportunity to learn, grow stronger, and build resilience.
I’m staying focused on my goal, trusting the process, and I know that with consistency and hard work, that 80kg box squat is only a matter of time.
Strong women rise… and then they lift others with them.
Every Spartan session is making me stronger not just for race day, but for life. And one of the greatest rewards is helping women discover just how strong, capable, and resilient they truly are.
Strength has no age limit. We rise together. 💪🏼 🔥
Celebrating 25 amazing years together. ❤️
25 years ago, on a Monday, I was so nervous. I was meeting a country bumpkin I’d never met before on a blind date. He told me he’d be standing outside the Cecil Pub holding a red rose & sure enough, there he was. 🌹
From that moment on, my life changed forever.
Happy 25 years to the love of my life. Thank you for being the incredible man you are, the best husband, and the most amazing father to our baby girl well, almost teenager Ally.
Here’s to 25 wonderful years we’ve shared, and to many more adventures, laughs, and memories together.
Love you forever and always.

You only get one mum, so take care of her. ❤️
Mums do so much for us, both the big things and the little things and a mother’s love is truly unconditional.
So cherish her, support her, and take care of her because she’ll never stop taking care of you.
There will be times when no one believes in you but don’t let that stop you.
Keep pushing, keep moving forward, and always believe in yourself. Be proud of how far you’ve come, because your determination will take you further than anyone’s doubts ever could.
Stay beautiful ❤️🔥
