Tennis Australia 🎾
We recently completed our Adaptable Sports Academy with the Tennis Australia National Development Squad.
We worked with the best 11-13 year olds to progress their performance on the court by:
- Developing greater connection within the squad by creating psychological safety
- Enhancing their well-being through practically implementing mindfulness
- Giving them the tools to overcome challenges by becoming more adaptable
What we were able to unlock in these young players was amazing and a credit to the coaches at Tennis Australia for creating the right environment for learning and growth.
Here is what Shannon, one of the coaches, had to say about the program.

Great to be back at Woodville Wasps Rugby Club to kick-off year 2 of our program with them.
After a hugely successful year 1 which resulted with the club winning its first premiership in over 20 years, we are so excited for what else we can influence this season.
We kicked off with a parents and coaches information session. It was great to hear both from these coaches and parents of the players about their experiences and observations of the impact the program had not only on the kids sports performance, but also their well-being and performance at school, at home and in their day-to-day lives.
The growth in this club as a whole over the past 12 months has been massive and I truly believe great things are going to take place down there this year, both on and off the field.
This place truly is a family club with such amazing people involved.

Empowering the leaders of tomorrow! 💡
I love working with young, enthusiastic minds who are willing to be open, get uncomfortable and embrace challenges. There is so much that we can learn from these amazing young individuals, and every time I run a program, I learn something new myself.
The 3 main focuses we have when working with our gr8r.me program is to:
1. Generate connection
2. Develop adaptable mindsets
3. Integrate mindfulness into daily habits
3 simple focuses that can have extremely powerful benefits.
Planting seeds and watching them grow is such an extremely rewarding journey that we continuously go on.

Had a lot of fun last night presenting our ‘Enhacing Communication’ workshop last night for coaches of local sporting teams in the .
We guided the coaches through some practical exercises to challenge the way they think about communication and make them more adaptable, before giving them actionable takeaways that they could immediate implement.
We love running these sessions with local councils as it allows us to have a positive impact on a number of clubs and coaches all at once with the added benefit of cross-sport interaction which helps fuel innovation.
