It does work… it is one of the most therapeutic places you can visit.
We absorb minerals from the ocean too.
I’ve also heard that our blood has nearly the same mineral make up as ocean water. I wonder if that is why it is a good medicinal go to?
The sound of the ocean gets me… I think and absorb good things when the waves roll in and I send all my bad things away with the waves that retreat back to the ocean.
