Today was our Inaugural Annual General Meeting. We would like to thank everyone who attended in person and those that sent apologies along with proxies.
We would like to thank the outgoing committee and welcome our new committee comprising of:
President - Jo Scott
Secretary - Bob Scott
Treasurer - Ian Mannix
General committee positions have been filled by: Vivien Chua, Mario De Palma, Wayne Porter, Des Campbell, Scott Gordon, Trevor Spence and as of our first committee meeting on the 18th, Jan Collins.
We are looking forward to helping our club grow and seeing our members happily playing this great game.
Member input enables us to act on everyone's behalf, in their best interest and that of the club. Your feedback is always welcome.

📢 Multi-club Membership Update – Pro-rata Capitation Fees

From 3 August, RevolutioniseSPORT will automatically calculate State and National capitation fees on a pro-rata basis for members who join an additional affiliated pickleball club while their membership is still current.

This means if you're already a member of another affiliated club, you'll only pay the additional State and National capitation fees needed to extend your membership to 12 months from your most recent registration or renewal date.

Club membership fees remain unchanged and are still set and charged in full by each affiliated club.

As these pro-rata adjustments will now be applied automatically during registration, **there is no longer any need to apply for pro-rata refunds.** ✅

Quiz Night Reminder: Saturday 25th (Tomorrow night!!) Please arrive 6.30pm for a 7 pm sharp start. Bring cash is possible, raffle tickets are 3 for $5 and bring gold coins for a coin toss at a bottle of Jack Daniels Bonded.....
..I will also have AGM proxy forms and committee nomination forms to fill in.
..I will be taking orders for our team polo tops ($44) and the jackets ($55) that can be paid for by card on Tyro.

Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given of the upcoming Inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:
Date: Thursday 6th August 2026
Time: 11 a.m.
Venue: Para Hills Bowling Club, Bridge Road Para Hills.
RSVP by: Thursday 30th July 2026
All members will receive, via email, the full details of our AGM. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Nomination and proxy forms are now available at our venues also. Please return by Tuesday 21st July.
At the completion of the AGM, we will be having lunch at the Para Hills Community Club at 12.30 pm (located next door to the bowling club). If you wish to attend this lunch, please RSVP to the Secretary 0408852448 or email [email protected] as soon as possible so that tables can be booked.
