#55

🥈 P2 for Team 55 in our first GTA race of the season.
even better to come away with 2nd place.

For us, racing has always been about more than what happens on the track. Team 55 is mates, family, good food, plenty of laughs and probably coffee. That’s what makes these weekends special.

The car definitely made us work for it. We’re running more horsepower this season on the same size tyre, so managing the rear tyres was a challenge. But session by session we adapted, learnt how to look after them and made some really good progress by the end of the weekend. Plenty learnt and plenty more to come.

A massive thanks to everyone who helped get the car on track and kept us going all weekend. And a special thanks to my boys the pit crew — having you there, getting involved and providing plenty of laughs makes racing mean so much more.

First GTA round. P2. Great people. Great memories.

Not a bad way to start the season. 🏁

Great day in the race shop with the Sportelli gang getting the #55 sorted and ready for the next round. Plenty of progress made, with Pistol 🔫 Pete bringing the knowledge as always.

Jason Mitchell keeping the crew fuelled with coffees and snacks – even if Pistol Pete's coffee was a bit too cold! 😆☕

Looking forward to getting back on track. 🏁💪
