Happy Fathers Day to all the Lions Dads. The Lions club is so thankful for all the supportive Dads and especially the ones that help out with coaching, managing and committee. Hope you all enjoy a great day.

A great effort by the 14s today losing to St Agatha’s 37-30. They gave it their all in peak heat. The parents rallied with hydralyte, ice blocks and umbrellas but it was not to be. Great improvement from last year and always showed great heart and sportsmanship. Go Lions!

Few action shots from our Hornsby Lions 3 C2 team who won a close game against Thornleigh 24-21 in searing heat and heavy wind. That means the Lions now have 2 teams in the Grand Final. Wonderful team effort.

Come along and support our two Lions teams that are battling it out to get a spot in the Grand Final. The 11s are already there so let’s bring the noise and see if we can get another two teams into the big day.

Using last weeks photo because the Manager got too excited and forgot to take a photo. The 14s Lions had a win today 40-31. Special shout to Jess who came in and filled in after a playing for the 13s. The Lions started brilliantly and never let the opposition get too close. Good luck in the preliminary final next Saturday girls!

The C2 Hornsby Lions 3 had a great win today. After a slow start the Lions came from 3 goals down at three quarter time to win by 6 48-42. They march on to the Preliminary Final next week. Awesome work Lions!

The Lions 11s Roar 🦁 to the Grand Final. With a 16-5 win. They all played brilliantly.
