Hurstville Warriors CC beat Mt.8848 Cricket Club in this T20 match after posting 142/6 in 20 overs thanks to Rijan Pachhai’s 44 off 29 and captain Kiran Thagunna’s unbeaten 38, while Mt.8848 collapsed to 130/9 in 19.1 overs despite 22 extras, with their top four batters scoring just 6 runs combined as Badaila Tek took 4/17 and Pachhai added 3/22 to seal a 12-run win for Hurstville.

Hurstville Warriors pulled off an unbelievable win against Winner Circle Cricket Club 🔥.

Winning the toss, we elected to bat first. Unfortunately, the openers didn’t give us a great start—by 12 overs, we were 52/5. Then the captain Kirun thagunna stepped up big time, showing off his power-hitting with a half-century in just 18 balls (6 sixes, 1 four)—that was the game-changer! The boys batted with grit to get us to 124 in 20 overs.

Chasing down 125 looked easy on paper, but our bowlers and fielders delivered when it counted. Tense finish, but we defended it like pros, winning by 8 runs 💪. What a match!
