🤍 I absolutely love the colours of Greece.

The brilliant blues, crisp whites, bursts of bougainvillea, turquoise water and golden sunshine… there is something about the vibrancy here that just makes me smile.

Colour has such an impact on how we feel, and being surrounded by so much beauty genuinely lifts my energy and raises my vibration.

It is a lovely reminder that our environment matters.

What we look at, what we listen to, who we spend time with and where we place our attention all influence how we feel.

And right now, Greece is filling my cup. 🇬🇷✨

Bright colours. Beautiful views. Happy heart.

Life really is a series of choices.

We choose who we spend our time with.
We choose what we fill our minds with.
We choose what we put into our bodies.
We choose the thoughts we give energy to.
We choose the careers we pursue.
We choose the standards we accept for our lives.

And no, I haven’t always made the best choices.

There have been times I chose to spend time with people who didn’t have my best interests at heart.

Times I put myself in situations that, looking back, were risky and unhealthy.

Times I didn’t look after my body the way I should have.

Times I made choices from fear, insecurity, emotion or simply not knowing any better.

But one of the things I am most grateful for about getting older is this...

I believe I make far better choices today.

Not perfect ones. 😂
But much more conscious ones.

I choose people who lift me up, challenge me and genuinely want the best for me.

I choose to fill my mind with things that help me grow.

I choose to take care of my body.

I choose experiences, travel, learning, laughter and people I love.

And perhaps most importantly, I recognise that if I don’t like something in my life, I have the power to make a different choice.

We cannot always control what happens around us.

But we can choose what we do next.

And sometimes one different choice can change the entire direction of your life. ❤️

What choice could you make today that your future self would thank you for?

🇬🇷 Feeling so incredibly grateful today.

A huge thank you to Rach and Shane for treating us to the most fabulous traditional Greek lunch. ❤️

Amazing restaurant, incredible food, beautiful wine… but as always, it was the conversation, the laughter and the people around the table that made it really special.

These are the moments I treasure most; great food, great company, plenty of laughs and memories being made.

Feeling very spoiled and very grateful. 🥂🇬🇷

Thank you Rach and Shane for such a beautiful afternoon. ❤️

Success in life takes discipline.

We may be travelling, enjoying beautiful places, eating great food and making amazing memories…

But we have still been up and exercising every single day at 6am.

No excuses.

Because the things that matter don’t suddenly stop mattering because you’re away.

Health.
Energy.
Discipline.
Keeping promises to yourself.

It’s easy to be disciplined when everything is convenient.

The real test is whether you keep showing up when your routine changes, when you’re tired, when you’re travelling, when it would be so much easier to say…

“I’ll start again when I get home.”

That’s where results are built.

Not in the big dramatic moments.

In the small decisions you make every single day.

So yes, we’re travelling.

And yes, we’re still up at 6am.

Because success doesn’t take a holiday. 💪

— When I began this journey, I honestly had no idea just how big a part of my life it would become.
And moments like this make me stop and feel incredibly grateful.

Feeling very spoiled by Rach and Shane, staying in this beautiful villa in Mykonos with such awesome friends. ❤️

What a way to begin the trip…

A stunning setting, a beautiful dinner by the pool, lots of laughter, great company and that lovely feeling of knowing there is so much more still to come.

It’s funny how one decision can open the door to people, places and experiences you could never have imagined at the beginning.

For now, I’m simply soaking it all in and feeling very grateful.

And if this is how the trip is starting… I cannot wait to see what surprises are in store.

😍 Another incredible experience… and another opportunity to face a fear. 🌊

This time, it was snorkelling down a chute between two reefs.

I’ll be honest, the thought of being pulled through at speed definitely got the nerves going.

But sometimes you just have to stop overthinking it, trust the experience and do it anyway.

And wow… what a feeling.

Snorkelling at speed between the reefs, being carried through the chute and then suddenly being popped out the other end was absolutely exhilarating.

Another reminder that so often the fear lives in the picture we create beforehand.

Then we do the thing… and realise the experience on the other side is far better than the story we were telling ourselves.

So grateful for these moments.

For the adventure.
For the nerves.
For saying yes.
And for getting to experience this incredible world in ways I never want to take for granted. ❤️

Sometimes the best memories are waiting just beyond the fear.

🎣 I had never been fishing before in my life…

And suddenly I found myself on the end of a line trying to pull in a 2.5 metre sailfish, the fastest fish in the world.

Oh. My. 😳

It was running, it was powerful, and it took every muscle in my body just to hold on and keep reeling.

There were definitely moments when I wanted to give up, but Karl wasn’t having any of it. He believed I could do it more than I believed it myself.

Every time I thought, “I can’t do this,” he was there telling me I could. He would not let me quit. And finally… I reeled it in. 🙌

What an incredible feeling.

And it got me thinking…

How often in life do we give up just before the prize?

We decide it’s too hard.
We’re tired.
It’s taking too long.
Maybe we’re not capable.

So we let go off the line.

Yet sometimes we are far closer than we realise.

And how valuable is it to have someone beside you who has your back… who sees what you’re capable of when you can’t quite see it yourself… and who refuses to let you give up?

I’m incredibly grateful to Karl for being that person for me that day.

Sometimes all we need is someone saying:

“Keep going. You’ve got this.”

Because you might just be one more pull away from landing something incredible. ❤️

😍 Many years ago, I remember reading an article in a UK Sunday newspaper about True North and one of their trips through the Kimberley.
At the time, the Kimberley wasn’t somewhere that many people spoke about, and I said to David “we have to do this trip one day”.
The year after we relocated to Australia, wemade it happen, and it was everything I had hoped for.
So much so that this is now our third trip with True North.
This time, we headed around 300km west of Australia to the Rowley Shoals. Is it going to live up to what we thought? It surpassed what we though. Why? Come along for the trip.
I love moments like this because they remind me just how powerful it is to have a thought, a decision, hold onto it, and one day find yourself actually living it.
Forever grateful for the experiences this life keeps giving us. ❤️

🐋 What an experience.

David and I had the absolute privilege of snorkelling with whale sharks, the largest fish in the world, it was one of the most magical experiences of my life.

I was really quite nervous before getting into the water.

They are HUGE.

And sometimes, no matter how much your head is telling you to be cautious, you just have to face the fear and do it anyway.

I am so, so grateful I did. ❤️

There was something incredibly humbling about being in the water beside such a magnificent creature.

Nature really is a wonderful thing.

The more I travel and the more of these experiences I have, the more grateful I become for this incredible world we get to live in and the memories we get to create along the way.

This one will stay with me forever. ✨

Sometimes the very thing that makes you nervous becomes the thing you’re most grateful you said YES to.
