Always wanted to try Ballet but felt like it was “too late”? Or that you’re “too old”? Or even “I’m not flexible enough”?

Our Tuesday Adults class is designed especially for adult beginners — no pressure, no expectations, just a gentle, welcoming space to learn something new and slowly improve posture, balance, strength, and coordination.

- Tuesdays 8am
- $20 casual drop-in
- No ongoing commitment
-All ages 18+

🍰 Mother’s Day Bake Sale is coming! 💐

Join us on Saturday 9th May from 7:30am – Midday to pick up some delicious homemade treats and beautiful gifts—perfect for spoiling Mum (or yourself 😉).

All proceeds support the MDPSA, helping fund bursaries, workshops, and studio improvements for our dancers.

Come early, bring a friend, and grab something sweet for a great cause! 💕

At MDC, we offer a variety of Contemporary and Lyrical classes across different ages and levels—so every dancer can explore their creativity while continuing to build strong technique.

With our foundation in ballet and a long history of innovative contemporary choreography, our dancers are supported to grow both artistically and technically

We also proudly offer ADA Contemporary exam classes, providing a structured pathway for those wanting to further develop and achieve in this style 🌟
