The Complete Health 8 Week Challenge has ended and here are some of our transformations!

Chantal put in some great work following the 'Muscle Building Blueprint 4 day' program and has won the Grand Prize of $500!!!
Caitie will also receive our secret prize of $200 for losing the most weight during the challenge, 8kg down!
Danica gets an honourable mention in 3rd place for her great work as well!
