📣 We’re Hiring – Canteen Helpers Wanted! 🍔🥤

Lilydale & Yarra Valley Netball Association is looking for enthusiastic canteen helpers to join the team on a casual basis!

✅ Paid position
✅ Shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm
✅ Minimum age: 15 years
✅ Work Saturdays during the netball season (March–December)
✅ Occasional Sundays for tournaments

This is a great opportunity to gain experience, be part of a fun community environment, and support local netball 💛🖤

📣 Important Updates for Families

Please take a moment to check a few important reminders for games and training. These are key highlights, please refer to the email sent to all families for full details.

✅ Warm Ups
Teams are encouraged to warm up on grass areas. If the laneway must be used, players must move completely off the road for vehicles.

🚘 Parking
• Follow all signage (fines up to $240 apply)
• No drop-off or parking in the laneway at any time
• LYVNA clubroom/laneway parking is strictly restricted to:

✅LYVNA committee and nominated exec
✅Emergency vehicles
✅Vehicles displaying a valid disabled permit with the permitted passenger present. If the permitted passenger is not in the vehicle, you cannot use these spaces

📊Courtside Rules

• 🔵 Home = Blue (left) side
• 🔴 Away = Red (right) side
• ⚪ Grey zone around the court = umpire area. This must be kept completely clear

• 📋 Scorers sit on the bench in the middle of the court

• 🪑Team benches are reserved for players and coaches on their designated side, should they choose to use them.

• 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Spectators should remain in the designated areas shown in the court layout graphics (displayed in a darker colour on the graphic but marked as green on the courts).

👕 Uniform
• Black long sleeves allowed
• 9U only may wear black leggings
• All additional items must be black
• Underdress shorts must be black, not longer than the dress, and provide appropriate coverage

🗳️ Voting
