The team competed today at the NSWBJJF Spring Cup 2026.

It’s always a pleasure to attend such a well-organised event and see our team step up, compete, and support one another.

We may be a small team, but we have BIG hearts.

We’re also proud to support our competition peers. At the end of the day, we’re all here for the same reason, to challenge ourselves, grow, and become better, no matter what gym you’re from.

Win or lose, every competition is an opportunity to learn, improve and keep moving forward.

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!

A huge THANK YOU to all the incredible women who joined us for our Women’s Self-Defence Seminar!

The seminar was a huge success, and it was amazing to see so many women come together, step outside their comfort zones, learn new skills and support one another on the mats.

A very special thank you to Professor Giuliana Kleina from Gracie Barra HQ for leading the seminar and sharing her knowledge, experience and passion with our community. We are incredibly grateful to have had you with us!
