All Brisbane City Squash members are invited to our Annual General Meeting on Saturday 6 September at Sandgate Squash Centre (20 Barclay St, Deagon QLD 4017).
This is a great opportunity to have your say, help shape the future of squash in Brisbane, and catch up with the community. Nominations and Proxy form are available on the registration event page.

Time: 4:30pm start
What’s on:
Social squash from 12:30pm – 3:30pm – $15 to play
Free referee training from 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Snacks and food will be available after the AGM
🎓 Free Referee Training (Additional Sessions)
We’re also offering two extra training sessions in the lead-up to the AGM:
Tuesday 26 August at 6:30pm
Thursday 4 September at 6:30pm
Both at Sandgate Squash Centre
Whether you’re just getting started or want a refresher, all players are encouraged to attend.

There was also some truly gutsy performances that deserve a special mention:
🩹 Sam Foyle broke her finger lunging for a ball in her 5th game… and still powered through to win! 🦸‍♀️
😖 Brad Freeme was locked at 8-all in the 5th when his back gave out and he hit the floor – but he fought through the pain to claim victory! 🐉
🤒 Melissa Eliott played feeling absolutely crook – and still managed to dominate and take the title! 💥

🏆 Queensland is set to be the home of the Australian National Championships for the next three years following an agreement between Squash Australia and City of Moreton Bay.

Having staged successful events on the PSA Tour for many years, Scarborough Squash Club will host the tournament from 2025 to 2027 at PCYC Redcliffe at Kippa-Ring.
