There will be no class.

If you get the chance, get along to a dawn service either at The Shrine or your local RSL. Lest we forget.

Let’s start the year strong 💪 and work on our self defense goals 🎯 for the year!

We are hoping to run a “bring a friend” class later this term. So keep an eye for details on introducing your friends to martial arts with a free class.
