It was so good to be back on the pitch with the Hockey Queensland OFFICIAL Men’s Masters and to be crowned National Champions 🏆🥇

A bonus to be awarded Player of the Tournament which was all due to the players around me who were fantastic! What a great bunch of lads!

Inside my Hitting & Passing Masterclass, I’ve put everything into a step-by-step video course so you can improve faster and build techniques that actually hold up in games. I break down 10 step-by-step techniques used by elite players, showing you exactly what to do (and what to avoid).

These are great skills that all hockey players should train.

I can’t emphasize enough the importance of training basics. The best hockey players in the world all seem to have more time on the ball because their basics are technically sound 🙌🏼

Had an awesome time with the Australian u21 players! Some great talent on display!

Great to see our Gold Coast boys representing at the Burras u21 Training Camp currently being held in Redcliffe. Finn Robinson and Daykin Stanger have been training well and Lloyd Madsen has assisted with some coaching support!

Great drill to practice jab tackling:
* Left hand on the stick.
* Side-on body position.
* Active, nimble footwork.
* Jab and recover — don’t overcommit.
* Stay light on the balls of your feet.
* Be patient, balanced, and ready to react.
